{"id":832,"date":"2020-12-17T16:48:25","date_gmt":"2020-12-17T13:48:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/training.inukasystem.com\/?p=832"},"modified":"2023-05-05T16:41:08","modified_gmt":"2023-05-05T13:41:08","slug":"sms-keywords","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/training.inukasystem.com\/index.php\/832\/2020\/48\/17\/sms-keywords\/","title":{"rendered":"CLIENT(s) SMS KEYWORDS"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">In the pursuit of improving service delivery to clients, we have enabled clients to send the below messages to the number<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\" id=\"22384\" style=\"font-size:32px\"><strong><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-luminous-vivid-orange-color\">23184<\/mark><\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:18px\"><strong>Each<\/strong> <strong>SMS<\/strong> will cost the customer <strong>2(TWO) Kenya Shillings.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:18px\">The client should <em>ONLY<\/em> use <em>phone numbers registered under the specific client<\/em> in the system in order to get a <strong>correct<\/strong> response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:18px\">The SMS word should have a space between the words. Capital or small letters do not affect response.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-red-color has-text-color has-medium-font-size\"><strong>The SMS SHOULD NEVER INCLUDE CHARACTERS SUCH AS COMMAS (,), FULLSTOPS, APOSTROPHE(&#8216;),QUOTES<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:18px\"> \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Example: <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color-color\"><strong><em>&#8220;loan 10000&#8221;<\/em><\/strong> <\/mark>OR <strong><em><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-accent-color-color\">&#8220;LIMIT&#8221; <\/mark><\/em><\/strong>AS THE SENT MESSAGES SHOULD BE OKAY<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:18px\">EITHER SHOULD BE ACCEPTABLE&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\" style=\"font-size:18px\">The short codes are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"1-inuka-balance\">1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Balance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">Keyword used to request customers:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong><em>Loan balance,<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Security Deposit Account balance and<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><em>Transactional Account balance.<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>   <strong>ALSO THE CLIENT CAN REQUEST A SMS STATEMENT BY SENDING THE FOLLOWING SMS: <em>statement<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"3-inuka-limit\">2.\u00a0\u00a0 Limit \u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">The response will include the <em>client\u2019s<\/em> <strong>credit limit \u2013 the allowed maximum limit that a loan request can be booked.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"4-inuka-status\">3.\u00a0\u00a0 Status<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">The above code will respond with the <strong>status<\/strong> of a <em>pending loan request.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\"><em>The below are the receivable status messages.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pending requirement<\/strong> &nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Which means that one of the company requirements for the loan request <strong>have not<\/strong> been met.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pending approval<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;This means request mean all <strong>outstanding conditions have been met BUT<\/strong> the loan request has <strong>NOT<\/strong> been approved by the relevant parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pending Disbursal<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This means loan request has been approved and is pending actual disbursement to client phone or bank account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-inuka-loan-amount\">4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Loan amount<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">The above code will be used by clients to <em>make a loan request through SMS.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>e.g. \u00a0Loan 20000<\/strong> should be used to request a <strong>20,000 KES<\/strong> loan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">If a client sends the above code for loan, the following are the expected responses:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Successful Request:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">\u201cThank you for your application. Your request has been received. Inuka Staff will get back to you within 24-48 hours.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Approved and Disbursed Loan request:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">\u201cDear XXX, your loan is pending disbursal. Please standby for processing to occur. Helpline 0703395300\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Has Pending Loan Request:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">\u201cDear XXX, you have a pending loan request. Please standby as we process it. Helpline 0703395300\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Pending Loan Request that has NOT been approved<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">\u201cDear XXX, your loan request is pending approval. Please standby as we process it. Helpline 0703395300\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>If Customer has an active loan:<\/strong> <em><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">\u201cDear XXX, You have an active loan, Current Loan balance is KES XXX. Helpline 0703395300\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Has pending request that has NOT met loan requirements <\/strong><em><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">\u201cDear XXX, your loan request has pending requirements, Inuka branch staff will contact you for further information. Helpline 0703395300\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The number used does not match any in the system:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">\u201cWe cannot match your number with any client details, please retry with your Inuka registered mobile number. Kindly Call 0703395300 for any assistance.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-inuka-loan-amount\">5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Emergency Loan Product<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>e.g. \u00a0emg 20000<\/strong> should be used to request an Emergency loan of <strong>20,000 KES<\/strong> .<br>Other acceptable variations are <strong> em 20000<\/strong> OR<strong> emergency 20000<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">The above code will be used by clients with score <strong>above 60<\/strong> to <em>make a loan request through SMS.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-inuka-loan-amount\">6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 School Fees Loan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>e.g. \u00a0sf 20000<\/strong> should be used to request an School Fees Loan of <strong>20,000 KES<\/strong> .<br>Other acceptable variations are <strong> fees 20000<\/strong> OR<strong> school 20000<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">The above code will be used by clients to <em>make a school fees loan request through SMS.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-inuka-loan-amount\">7.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 LandLord Loan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>e.g. \u00a0landlord 20000<\/strong> should be used to request an Landlord Loan of <strong>20,000 KES<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"5-inuka-loan-amount\">8.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Water Tank Loan<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <strong>e.g. \u00a0watertank 20000<\/strong> should be used to request an Water Tank Loan of <strong>20,000 KES<\/strong> .<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Accept a Loan Request: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A client is required to reply to the Loan Request SMS by the message: <strong>accept<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Rejected Loan Request: <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"font-size:18px\">\u201cDear XXX, your loan request has been rejected. Please contact your nearest branch for more information.
